Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a part-time Store Associate in Reston, VA to help customers find framing solutions and shop our store. You will build relationships, deliver friendly service, and maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store environment.

You will assist with framing orders, operate the cash register, and support Omni channel processes while upholding SOPs and safety standards. Flexible hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills are required.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience is preferred and helpful for customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting framing options and products.
• Complete framing orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain organized, in-stock ready-made frame department.
• Operate cash register and handle transactions.
