Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Wake Forest, NC, is hiring for a Store Associate to help customers shop, build custom framing solutions, and maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store. You will operate the cash register, assist with omni-channel processes, and uphold safety and SOP standards.

Responsibilities include delivering sales results, stocking, interacting with customers professionally, and working nights, weekends, and early mornings in a public retail setting.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills; ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience preferred; experience selling products and/or services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships while creating custom framing solutions and assist customers in-store.
• Deliver sales and production results and ensure orders are completed with high quality and on time.
• Maintain ready-made frame department and other assigned areas; support omni‑channel processes.
