Michaels Stores in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a framing associate to help customers create custom framing solutions, locate products, and build relationships through friendly service. You will complete framing orders on time, operate the cash register, support omni‑channel processes, stock the department, and maintain a clean, well‑merchandised store.

Evenings, weekends, and early mornings are required; prior retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Basic computer skills and measuring ability.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and help them shop and find products.
• Complete framing orders with quality and on-time delivery.
• Maintain the frame shop and related areas, including SISO and replenishment.
• Operate the cash register and handle cash to SOP standards.
• Support omni-channel processes and assist with store merchandising.
