The Michaels Stores in Conroe, TX is seeking a part-time Store Associate to help customers with framing solutions, operate registers, and keep the store neat and well stocked. You will assist with framing orders and maintain the frame department while delivering friendly service in a busy retail environment.

Candidates should have basic computer and measuring skills, be able to stand for long periods, and be available weekends.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and company programs.
• Build customer relationships and provide framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders with quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other areas.
• Deliver friendly customer service and assist with omni-channel processes.
• Support truck unloading, stocking, and cash handling.
• Acknowledge customers and assist with product location and solutions.
