Job summary

Michaels in San Antonio, TX is hiring to assist customers with framing needs and to maintain a well-stocked, clean store environment. You will build relationships, guide customers to products, and complete framing orders accurately while supporting Omni channel processes.

Candidates should have basic computer and measuring skills, plus experience with framing equipment and glass cutting. Prior retail experience is helpful; evenings and weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance.
• Build relationships with customers while creating Custom Framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders with a high degree of quality and on time.
• Maintain the frame department and related replenishment.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop and find what they’re looking for.
• Operate cash register and handle cash to standards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes.
