Job summary

Michaels in Cypress, TX is seeking a customer-focused associate to help customers find framing solutions and shop our store. You will deliver friendly service, build relationships, and support normal store operations, including stocking, ordering, and Omni‑channel integration.

The role emphasizes accuracy in framing orders, maintaining a clean, well-merchandised store, and adhering to SOPs while contributing to a safe shopping environment. Nights, weekends, and early mornings may be required.

Qualifications

• Candidates should demonstrate basic computer and measuring skills.
• Framing equipment and glass cutter operation are preferred.
• Retail experience and sales experience with customers are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance.
• Build relationships with customers and provide framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain ready-made frame department and stock levels.
• Deliver friendly customer service and assist Omni-channel processes.
