Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required for price lookups and inventory checks.
• Basic measuring skills required for cutting mats and trimming frames.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter safely and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and Company policies to ensure compliance.
• Build relationships with customers while creating Custom Framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Maintain the frame department and related areas (SISO, replenishment).
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop and find products.
• Operate cash register and handle cash to standards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes.
