Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a part-time Store Associate in The Woodlands, TX. Build customer relationships and create custom framing solutions while maintaining a clean, well merchandised store environment.

You will handle framing orders, operate the cash register, and support omni-channel processes to help customers shop. This role requires basic computer and measuring skills, the ability to use framing equipment and glass cutter, and a friendly, team-oriented approach to customer

Qualifications

• Minimum type of experience: basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships and provide framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders with quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas.
• Operate cash register and perform cash handling to standards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes and help customers shop.
