Michaels is seeking a Store Lead for Pitt-Frazer/Pittsburgh Mills, PA. You will coach the framing team, drive custom framing sales, and help customers create memorable framing solutions while upholding store standards and SOPs.

You will partner with the Store Manager to schedule workload, manage inventory, and lead by example in a fast-paced retail environment requiring flexibility for nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Formación

• Basic computer skills.
• Previous custom framing experience preferred.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Experience leading a sales team.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Store Manager in leading and enforcing SOPs and company programs.
• Develop and coach the team selling behaviors.
• Lead delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions to customers.
• Manage inventory, shrink and safety programs; act as Manager on Duty.
