Job summary

Shaw Construction is seeking a Project Team Leader to manage and coordinate all project controls while overseeing field operations for large framing and siding projects. Typical project sizes range from $50M to $150M, with responsibilities spanning mobilization, panel design coordination, logistics, staffing, safety, scheduling, and closeout.

The role requires a four-year degree in construction or engineering, strong leadership, and a track record in cost control, scheduling, and subcontractor

Qualifications

• 4 year college degree in Construction management or Engineering.
• Experience managing framing and siding projects.
• Knowledge of cost control, budgeting, and scheduling processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Superintendent and Subcontractors to manage delivery, storage, and usage of materials.
• Oversee project scheduling, budgets, and labor, including subcontracts and vendors.
• Ensure QA/QC procedures are followed, including pre-planning meetings, huddles, inspections, and punchlists.
• Provide mentorship and direction to Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers.
• Prepare and review submittals, shop drawings, RFI responses, and change orders.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and compliance with safety standards.
