Qualifications

• Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in responding to and adjusting inquiries or complaints from customers.
• Ability to read and comprehend documents; write routine reports and correspondence; speak/present in front of a small group.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form; deal with problems involving several concrete variables.

Responsibilities

• Managing the installation of wood component systems, doors and windows, siding, shingles, insulation, drywall, and trim.
• Recruiting independent subcontractors with proper licenses and insurance.
• Labor cost budgeting and cost control for framing projects.
• Development of job scopes of work including schedules.
• Daily jobsite inspections for quality and schedule adherence.
