• Recruit independent subcontractors with proper licenses and insurance.
• Labor cost budgeting and job-specific scopes of work.
• Daily jobsite inspections for quality and schedule per blueprints/specs.
• Conduct daily safety inspections and ensure contract compliance.
• Prepare daily reports and project documentation.
