Job summary

Shaw Construction is seeking a Project Team Leader to manage and coordinate project controls while overseeing field operations for large framing and siding projects ranging from $50MM to $150MM. You will mobilize, design coordination, manage deliveries and logistics, staffing, QA/QC, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery to Shaw’s high standards.

Responsibilities include leading a team of PMs/PEs, coordinating with subs, tracking budgets, and driving safety and quality programs.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of construction practices, reading drawings and submittals.
• Experience with cost control and basic accounting procedures.
• Proficiency with Procore/Autodesk and Microsoft Office.
• Strong management, leadership and verbal/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise framing projects and oversee project controls.
• Set up projects with budgets, schedules, labor and equipment plans.
• Coordinate with subs, vendors and field teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage RFI’s, submittals, change orders and site documentation.
• Monitor safety, QA/QC, and project reporting; mentor junior staff.
• Collaborate with Superintendent to align project scope and budget.
