Job summary

Michaels in Harrisburg, PA is seeking a Store Framing Lead to guide the framing team in delivering customized framing solutions, while ensuring exceptional customer service and sales performance.

You will coach, schedule, and support team members, coordinate with the Store Manager on workload and SOP adherence, and help manage inventory and safety programs in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required for daily tasks and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the framing team to deliver high-quality custom framing solutions.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training of new framers; support talent development.
• Plan workload and coordinate with Store Manager to meet deadlines and KPI targets.
• Oversee inventory management, shrink control, and safety programs within the framing area.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) as needed and uphold store policies and SOPs.
