Job summary

You will drive custom framing sales, assist customers in crafting memorable framing plans, and work closely with the Store Manager to plan workloads and meet KPIs. Responsibilities include coaching staff, serving as Manager on Duty, and participating in hiring and training activities.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Previous custom framing experience preferred.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Experience leading a sales team preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of framers who focus on building customer relationships while creating a framing solution for their art.
• Drive custom framing sales and assist customers in creating a memorable framing solution.
• Manage and execute the framing team to deliver high-quality solutions on time by planning workload with the Store Manager.
• Oversee inventory, shrink reduction, and safety programs; act as Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Participate in interviewing, onboarding, and coaching of new team members; support Talent Development activities.
