You will partner with the Store Manager, manage workload, inventory, and safety programs, participate in interviewing and training, and represent Michaels with a positive, service-driven attitude in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a frame shop or retail team.
• Experience in framing or custom framing preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
