Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Store Lead/Framing Supervisor at the PHX-SAN TAN VALLEY, AZ location. You will lead a team of framers, drive custom framing sales, and coach selling behaviors to build strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities include managing SOPs, inventory, safety programs, and acting as MOD. Prior framing experience and retail leadership are highly valued, with evening and weekend availability expected.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Previous custom framing experience preferred.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Experience leading a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and Company programs; ensure store compliance.
• Develop and coach team selling behaviors.
• Lead delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions on time.
• Achieve KPI targets and manage framing team KPI’s.
• Oversee inventory management and shrink and safety programs.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and train new team members; support Talent Development.
• Collaborate with MODs on framing requirements and team performance.
• Maintain positive, respectful workplace and promote company values.
• Assist with truck unloading and stocking; participate in Omni-channel processes.
