Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Prefer prior retail management experience.
• Experience leading a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of framers to build customer relationships while creating framing solutions.
• Drive custom framing sales and assist customers in designing their framing projects.
• Develop the team selling behaviors and ensure framing on-time delivery.
• Manage inventory, shrink control, and safety programs.
• Partner with managers to plan workload and ensure SOP adherence.
