Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Store Leader at our Richmond-Midlothian, VA location to lead a team of framers and drive customer relationships through framing solutions. Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of framers who focus on building customer relationships while creating a framing solution for their art.
• Drive custom framing sales and assist customers in creating a memorable framing solution for their art.
• Lead the delivery of high-quality framing solutions to customers on time by planning workload with the Store Manager.
• Manage and execute inventory, shrink and safety programs; serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Assist with interviewing, onboarding, coaching, training, and performance Mgmt of team members; participate in Talent Development activities.
