Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Indianapolis is seeking a Framing Manager to lead and coach a team of framers, delivering high-quality custom framing solutions while driving sales. You will plan workloads with the Store Manager, monitor KPIs, and ensure SOPs and safety standards are followed.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Previous custom framing experience preferred.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Experience leading a sales team preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of framers to deliver high-quality custom framing solutions on time.
• Assist customers in creating framing solutions and drive custom framing sales.
• Manage workload planning with the Store Manager and monitor KPIs.
• Oversee inventory, shrink and safety programs; act as Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Support interviewing, onboarding, coaching and performance mgmt for team members.
