• Drive custom framing sales and assist customers in creating framing solutions.
• Ensure SOP compliance and company program adherence across the store.
• Develop and coach selling behaviors to meet KPI targets.
• Plan workload with the Store Manager to deliver high quality framing on time.
• Manage inventory, shrink, safety programs, and truck unloading processes.
• Participate in interviewing, onboarding, and performance management of team members.
• Act as Manager on Duty and maintain a positive, respectful team environment.
