Michaels is seeking a Store Lead in Bay-Pinole, CA to guide a framing team, drive custom framing sales, and deliver excellent customer service. You will coach team members, ensure SOPs are followed, and coordinate with the Store Manager to meet workload and inventory goals.

The role requires leadership, strong customer interaction, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment. Evening and weekend shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Previous custom framing experience preferred.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Experience leading a sales team.

Responsabilités

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing SOP compliance.
• Develop and coach the team selling behaviors.
• Lead the delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions on time.
• Achieve KPIs and manage framing team KPI's.
• Assist with interviewing, onboarding, coaching and training of new team members.
• Participate in truck unload and stocking processes.
