Job summary

The Michael's Companies in Huntington Beach, CA is seeking a Framing Manager to lead and coach a team of framers and drive custom framing sales. You will assist with SOP adherence, inventory and safety programs, and omni-channel processes to deliver high-quality framing solutions on time.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to SOPs and Company programs.
• Lead the framing team to deliver high-quality custom framing solutions on time.
• Review sales and production workload and plan framing tasks and sales floor time.
• Manage inventory, shrink and safety programs, and truck unloading/stocking processes.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and participate in interviewing, onboarding, and coaching of team members.
