• Manage installation of wood component systems, doors and windows, siding, shingles, insulation, drywall and trim
• Recruit independent subcontractors with proper licenses and insurance
• Budget labor costs and track expenses
• Develop job-specific scopes of work and schedules
• Conduct daily site inspections for quality and schedule adherence
• Perform daily safety inspections on job sites
• Ensure compliance with contract documents
• Prepare daily reports and project documentation as required
