84 Lumber Company is seeking a Framing Manager to supervise and coordinate independent framing crews on 84 Lumber projects. You will train, lead, and direct framing teams, manage labor budgets, and maintain installation records and schedules to ensure timely, quality delivery.

Responsibilities include site inspections, safety oversight, and maintaining compliance with contract documents. A background in carpentry and crew leadership is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Word Processing software.
• Experience with Excel.

• Ability to respond to inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Ability to read and understand documents and write routine reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage installation of wood component systems and related materials.
• Recruit subcontractors with proper licenses and insurance.
• Budget labor costs.
• Develop job scopes of work and schedules.
• Perform daily site inspections for quality and schedule.
• Conduct daily safety inspections.
• Ensure compliance with contract documents.
• Prepare daily reports and project documentation.
