Job summary

84 Lumber is seeking a Framing Manager to lead framing installation crews, train installers, and ensure profitable framing projects. You will plan work, monitor safety, maintain records, and coordinate equipment and trucks at jobsites.

The role may involve field estimating, handling customer inquiries, and occasionally installing framing. Strong reading/comprehension, word processing and spreadsheet skills are required.

Qualifications

• Respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers.
• Ability to read and comprehend documents (policies/procedures); write routine reports and correspondence.
• Speak in front of a small group and present information clearly.
• Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form; handle problems with several concrete variables.
