84 Lumber is seeking a Framing Manager to supervise framing crews on projects, coordinate with independent subcontractors, and manage labor budgets and scheduling. You will ensure quality control, safety, and contract compliance on site.

Responsibilities include site inspections, reporting, and coordinating with project teams to meet timelines. Strong communication and organization skills are essential to thrive in a fast-paced environment with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook for reporting and documentation.
• Ability to read and summarize policies; write routine reports and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Managing the installation of wood component systems, doors, windows, siding, shingles, insulation, drywall and trim.
• Recruiting independent subcontractors with proper licenses and insurance.
• Labor cost budgeting and development of job scopes with schedules.
• Daily jobsite inspections for quality and adherence to blueprints and specs.
• Conducting daily safety inspections and contract compliance.
