Job summary

Michaels in Everett, MA is hiring for a Store Associate focused on framing and customer service. You’ll queue framing orders, help customers find products, maintain a well merchandised, in-stock store, and operate the cash register with accurate cash handling.

Responsibilities include following SOPs, helping with Omni channel processes, stocking, and supporting safety programs. The role requires basic computer and measuring skills and offers benefits and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum: basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Preferred: retail experience and experience selling products/services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Build relationships with customers while creating custom framing solutions and deliver sales/production results.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas (SISO and Directed Replenishment).
• Deliver friendly customer service; help customers shop and find what they’re looking for; keep store well merchandised and in-stock.
• Support shrink and safety programs and participate in Omni channel processes.
