Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Store Associate to assist customers in the framing department, help shoppers find products, and maintain a clean, well-merchandised store.

You will complete custom framing orders on time, operate the cash register, and support omni-channel processes while upholding SOPs and safety standards.

This role requires basic computer and measuring skills, willingness to stand for long periods, and a customer‑driven mindset in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills are required.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience and customer service skills are preferred.

• Build relationships with customers while creating framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other areas.
