Job summary

The Michaels Companies store in Burlington, MA is seeking a team member to build customer relationships and help customers find the perfect framing solution. You will assist with framing orders, operate the cash register, and maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store for customers to shop.

You will engage in omni-channel processes, participate in truck unloading and stocking, and support SOPs, safety, and shrink programs while delivering friendly service and accurate product recommendations.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience preferred, including selling products and/or services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships and help customers shop, providing framing solutions.
• Operate the cash register and maintain cash-handling standards.
• Complete framing orders with quality and on-time delivery.
• Maintain and merchandise the ready-made frame department and other areas.
• Support omni-channel processes and participate in truck unloading and stocking tasks.
