Michaels Stores in Leominster, MA is seeking a friendly Framing and Customer Service Associate to build relationships with customers, assist with framing solutions, and help maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store.

You will operate the cash register, support Omni channel processes, unload trucks, stock shelves, and uphold safety and SOPs. The role requires basic computer and measuring skills and retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills are required.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter is needed.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and company policies to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Use designer tools to build relationships and create custom framing solutions; deliver sales and production results.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other areas including SISO and replenishment.
• Provide friendly customer service and help customers find products.
• Follow SOPs and company programs; support shrink and safety programs.
• Interact positively with others and model the company values.
• Participate in truck unload and stocking to meet standards and budgets.
• Operate cash register and handle cash to standards.
• Acknowledge customers and provide solutions; assist with Omni channel processes.
