Job summary

Macy's is seeking a Fragrance RSS Colleague to provide professional service, sell fragrances, demonstrate products, and support the department’s success. The role also involves fulfillment and other duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years related experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with customers and peers.
• Flexible schedule including day/evening/weekends/holidays advised.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in-store and online.
• Explain and demonstrate fragrance use and features to customers.
• Maintain stock presentation, organization, and replenishment.
• Attend product training and participate in events to drive sales.
• Ensure accuracy in receipts, returns, and RTVs; follow safety and loss-prevention procedures.
