Job summary

Macy’s in New York is seeking a Fragrance RSS Colleague to provide professional customer service by selling and demonstrating fragrances and related items, while supporting fulfillment and other duties as needed.

Full-time schedule is 30+ hours per week with benefits including health coverage, paid time off, holidays, and opportunities for growth through ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years related experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with diverse customers and peers.
• Flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in all aspects of total store and satisfy the needs of digital and physical customers.
• Explain and demonstrate use of fragrances through actual application or card application.
• Partner with Fragrance Counter Manager or CSX Manager of inventory and other inaccuracies.
• Attend product training classes and seminars.
• Ensure proper presentation, organization, storing, and replenishment of stock.
• Participate in pre-selling and sales driving events to maximize sales.
• Ensure timely processing of new receipts, damages, testers, and RTVs.
• Ensure work area is safe and in compliance with hygiene standards and asset protection procedures.
• Foster an environment of acceptance and respect with colleagues, customers, and communities.
• Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality.
