Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years related experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with customers and peers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service for total store and digital customers.
• Explain and demonstrate use of fragrances.
• Attend product training classes and seminars.
• Ensure proper presentation, organization, storage and replenishment of stock.
• Participate in pre-selling and sales driving events to maximize sales.
• Process receipts, damages, testers, and RTVs promptly.
• Maintain safe and compliant work area and hygiene standards.
• Foster an inclusive environment and strong colleague relationships.
