Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in total store, supporting both digital and physical customers.
• Explain and demonstrate fragrance usage to customers and assist with product demonstrations.
• Assist in inventory accuracy and stock replenishment; participate in pre-selling and sales events.
• Attend product training classes and seminars; ensure proper presentation and organization of stock.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive environment and maintain reliable attendance.
