Your potential.**Where You’ll Make a Difference*** Act as a key communication link between customers, Sales Account Managers, and internal stakeholders* Coordinate multiple fragrance development projects in collaboration with perfumers, laboratories, marketing, production, customer service, and scent design teams* Receive and process customer sample requests, inquiries, and time-sensitive requests related to fragrance products and materials* Manage project setup and administration, including project entries, submissions, reworks, pricing, adoptions, line extensions, and SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products) entries* Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and customer portfolios across systems and shared folders* Support customers with pricing, fragrance oils, samples, documentation, and follow‐ups* Coordinate daily shipments, prepare labels and shipping documentation, and serve as the on‐site contact for sample logistics* Ensure customer portfolios comply with current industry regulations by coordinating safety documentation and toxicology requests with regulatory team**What Makes You the Right Fit*** 1–3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within the fragrance or flavor industry* Strong customer-focus and results driven.
