IFF is a global leader in flavors, fragrances, and health & biosciences. Based in New York, this on-site role collaborates with Sales and internal teams to meet customer needs and drive projects from sample requests to shipments.

The role requires 1–3 years in fragrance/flavor, strong communication, and excellent MS Office skills. On-site 4–5 days per week with cross-country coordination across teams and regulatory support.

Formación

• 1–3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in fragrance or flavor industry.
• Strong customer‑focus and results driven; ability to apply sound judgment and analyze needs.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a key communication link between customers, Sales Account Managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate fragrance development projects with perfumers, laboratories, marketing, production, and design teams.
• Receive and process customer sample requests, inquiries, and time-sensitive requests.
