Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years related experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with diverse customers.
• Adaptable to changing priorities and work demands.
• Flexible retail hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service across store and online channels.
• Explain and demonstrate fragrance use and product features.
• Partner with fragrance team and inventory to maintain stock accuracy.
• Attend product trainings and contribute to sales events.
• Ensure proper stock presentation, replenishment, and store cleanliness.
• Process receipts, damages, testers, and vendor RTVs promptly.
• Uphold safety, hygiene, and asset protection standards.
