Job summary

Macy's is seeking a Fragrance RSS Colleague to provide exceptional customer service and expert fragrance demonstrations while supporting inventory and store operations. This full-time role emphasizes retail excellence, teamwork, and customer engagement across digital and in-store channels.

Responsibilities include product training, stock replenishment, event support, and adherence to safety and asset protection policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years related experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse customers.
• Able to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in all aspects of total store and meet needs of digital and physical customers.
• Explain and demonstrate use of fragrances via actual application or card.
• Partner with Fragrance Counter Manager or CSX Manager of inventory and other inaccuracies.
• Attend product training classes and seminars.
• Ensure proper presentation, organization, storing, and replenishment of stock.
• Participate in pre-selling and sales driving events to maximize sales.
• Ensure timely processing of new receipts, damages, testers, and RTVs.
• Ensure work area is safe and hazard-free.
• Adhere to Asset Protection and inventory control procedures.
• Maintain hygiene standards compliance.
• Follow shortage programs and procedures.
• Foster inclusive environment with colleagues, customers, and communities.
• Demonstrate dependable attendance and punctuality.
