Job summary

Macy's is seeking a Fragrance RSS Colleague to deliver professional fragrance sales and demonstrations while supporting store operations. You will engage customers, build relationships, and partner with management to drive sales and ensure a premier shopping experience.

The role includes inventory, training, and contributions to events, with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years related experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse customers.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and schedule.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service for in-store and digital customers.
• Demonstrate and explain fragrances through demonstrations or samples.
• Maintain proper stock presentation, organization and replenishment.
• Attend product training and participate in sales driving events.
• Ensure timely processing of receipts, damages, testers, and returns to vendors.
• Adhere to safety, asset protection and inventory control procedures.
