Full- or part-time schedules are based on business needs; hours per week vary. You will attend product trainings, maintain stock presentation, and participate in sales events to drive results.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years related experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with diverse customers.
• Resourceful and able to adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in all aspects of total store.
• Explain and demonstrate use of fragrances to customers.
• Partner with managers on inventory accuracy.
• Attend product training classes and seminars.
• Ensure proper presentation, organization, storing, and replenishment of stock.
• Participate in pre-selling and sales driving events.
• Process new receipts, damages, testers, and returns to vendors.
• Maintain a safe and hazard-free work area.
• Follow asset protection and inventory procedures.
• Comply with hygiene standards and shortage programs.
• Foster a respectful environment with colleagues and customers.
• Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality.
