Job summary

Macy's is seeking a Fragrance RSS Colleague to assist customers, demonstrate fragrances, and support inventory and in-store events. You will partner with store leadership to ensure excellent service and optimal presentation.

The role requires a focus on customer satisfaction, product knowledge, and teamwork in a dynamic retail environment. Training and benefits are provided with full-time scheduling.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years related experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service across the store and online channels.
• Explain and demonstrate use of fragrances to customers.
• Maintain stock presentation and replenish as needed.
• Attend product trainings and seminars.
• Support inventory accuracy and processing of receipts and returns.
• Assist in sales events to attract customers.
• Maintain safe, tidy work area and adhere to procedures.
