Job summary

Macy's is seeking a Fragrance RSS Colleague to provide professional fragrance sales and demonstrations and contribute to department success. This role supports both in-store and digital customers, with responsibilities including inventory accuracy, training, merchandising, and event participation.

Full-time hours (30+ per week) are typical, with a schedule that may include day, evening, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years related experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with diverse customers and peers.
• Resourceful and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Self-starter, able to work independently or in a team, flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in all aspects of total store and assist both digital and in-store customers.
• Explain and demonstrate fragrance use through application or tester cards.
• Partner with Fragrance Counter Manager/CSX Manager on inventory and inaccuracies.
• Attend product training classes and seminars.
• Maintain proper presentation, organization, storage, and replenishment of stock.
• Participate in pre-selling and sales events to maximize sales.
• Process new receipts, damages, testers, and RTVs promptly.
• Maintain a safe, hazard-free work area.
• Adhere to asset protection and inventory procedures.
• Foster an inclusive environment and authentic connections with colleagues and customers.
