Job summary

Macy's is seeking a Fragrance RSS Colleague to provide professional services by selling and demonstrating fragrances and related items, and to contribute to the department's success. You will engage customers, perform demonstrations, and support inventory and replenishment tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years related experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with diverse customers and peers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service for store and digital customers and build partnerships as needed.
• Explain and demonstrate use of fragrances through product applications.
• Attend product training and manage stock presentation, organization and replenishment.
• Participate in events to drive sales and ensure timely processing of receipts, damages, and returns.
• Maintain safe work area and adhere to asset protection procedures.
