Macy’s is seeking a Fragrance RSS Colleague to provide professional services by selling and demonstrating fragrances and related items, and to support the department’s success. This role includes fulfillment and duties as needed. Hours vary to meet business needs and eligibility for benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years related experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service for total store and both digital and physical customers.
• Explain and demonstrate fragrance usage to customers.
• Collaborate with Fragrance Counter Manager or CSX Manager on inventory and issues.
• Attend product training classes and seminars.
• Ensure stock presentation, organization, storage, and replenishment.
• Participate in pre-selling and sales events to maximize sales.
• Process new receipts, damages, testers, and RTVs promptly.
• Maintain a safe, hazard-free work area and adhere to protection/inventory procedures.
• Foster an inclusive environment and respectful relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality.
