Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service or selling experience required.
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Able to engage customers with warmth and expertise by acknowledging them promptly, assessing their preferences, demonstrating fragrances, and offering tailored product recommendations.
• Must read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide personalized fragrance recommendations.
• Educate customers on notes, layering techniques, and usage.
• Maintain a polished and organized sales floor with signage and pricing updates.
• Promote Macy's Loyalty program and events to drive sales and client loyalty.
