Job summary

Macy's is seeking a Fragrance Sales Associate to create a warm, engaging shopping environment and deliver personalized fragrance recommendations. You will educate customers on notes, layering, and usage while driving sales and loyalty within the Beauty team.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, demonstrating products, maintaining an organized floor, and using POS/digital tools to complete transactions. At least 1 year of selling experience is required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service or selling experience.
• Ability to engage customers with warmth and expertise.
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English.
• Drive sales and loyalty by using clientele tools and promoting new launches.
• Maintain a polished, organized selling space and use POS/digital tools.
