Job summary

International Cosmetics and Perfumes seeks a Fragrance Specialist (Creed) at Crystals Las Vegas, NV. This role drives the customer experience and sales strategy while promoting Creed and a branded luxury service.

You will leverage at least 3 years in retail, preferably fragrance or luxury goods, with excellent communication and the ability to lift 25 lbs. Opening/closing shifts may be required in boutique locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant and strong retail sales experience; fragrance, beauty or luxury goods preferred.
• Excellent verbal & written communication; strong interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to move in store, kneeling, stooping, lifting up to 25lbs.

Responsibilities

• Champion and drive the Customer Experience by upholding exceptional standards and supporting in-store sales.
• Drive store-level sales by ensuring Creed Sales Team meets goals across designated stores.
• Achieve personal sales goals and promote Creed and intersell including launches.
• Execute action plans from the market calendar; coordinate presell launches and events.
• Engage with customers to build brand awareness and support meetings with management.
• Open and close the boutique if required.
