Job summary

International Cosmetics and Perfumes Inc. seeks a Fragrance Specialist (Creed) for our Santa Clara boutique to deliver a captivating, branded customer experience and champion Creed sales.

You will drive the store’s sales plan, open/close duties as needed, engage customers, lead presell events, and collaborate with management to execute market action plans while upholding the company’s values. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant and strong retail sales experience; fragrance, beauty or luxury goods preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a retail environment and build relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Champion and drive the customer experience and support store sales goals.
• Drive retail sales plan at the store level and support Creed sales team across designated stores.
• Achieve personal sales goals and promote Creed and intersell activities.
• Execute presell launches and events in stores in collaboration with management.
• Engage with customers to build brand awareness and promote products.
• Assist in morning and department-wide meetings and coordinate with the team.
• Partner with management to drive all aspects of the business including event setup.
• Open and close duties if the boutique location requires it.
