Brobston Group in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a Full-time Fragrance Specialist (Creed) to deliver an outstanding customer experience at the Dillard's Mall of Louisiana location. The role focuses on driving Creed sales while representing the brand with professionalism and integrity.

You will execute store-level sales plans, engage customers, support events, and collaborate with the management team to achieve metrics and uphold the company values of transparency and accountability.

Formación

• Minimum retail sales experience, preferably in fragrance or luxury goods.
• Proven ability to build relationships with customers in a retail setting.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using computers and basic reporting tools.
• Able to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
• Physically able to move in store and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Champion the Customer Experience by upholding exceptional standards and supporting store sales.
• Drive store-level sales plans and support Creed Sales Team to meet targets across designated stores.
• Achieve personal sales goals to promote Creed, including pre-sale and launch targets.
• Execute market calendar action plans, presell launches, and in-store events with management.
• Engage customers to build brand awareness.
• Support monthly meetings across departments and stores with management.
• Collaborate with management to drive all business aspects.
• Be accountable for event presell goals and setup.
• Open/close when located in boutique locations as required.
